Fruit Cordial
8 - 10 pieces of fruit
1kg caster sugar
35g tartaric acid
35g citric acid
4 Ltr Water

Chop fruit up into small pieces, remove peel from citrus fruit.
add fruit into large saucepan on med heat
add sugar and acids
with a stick blender, blend at all together until fruit is completely smashed up and sugar is melted
DO NOT BOIL
Add water and blend again
Do NOT BOIL
let mixture come close to boil then turn off
run mixture through a sift and store in bottles in the fridge

You can add as much sugar as you like the more you use the sweeter it is.
I have used many fruits such as apples, oranges, mandarin, lemons, limes, nectarines
All have tasted pretty good but Mandarin and lemon would have to be my favorite.


White Bread


4 Cups of bread flour
400mls warm water
2 teaspoons yeast
2 tablespoons butter

Mix all ingredients together either in a bowl or in a bread maker
allow to rest for a hour in a warm dark spot
bake in bread tin for about 45-50 mins


Chocolate Bread


3 1/2 Cups of bread flour
400mls warm water
2 teaspoons yeast
250g of chocolate (any type of chocolate)

allow to rest for a hour in a warm dark spot
